CHIEF SECURITY
Qualification:
- Retired police or dismissed respectfully
- Have high dedication and loyalty
- Has strong leadership
- Able to design and develop security program based on stipulations/regulations of indonesian police to be applied in indopalm
- Computer literate
- Able to communication in english preferable
Responsibility:
- To arrange and perform countinous program for the level of security
- Guards, security administrator, and shift leaders
- To control and check the security and safety of all company assets
- Integrating word safety & health into all aspect of the work place
- Comply with relevant work safety and health regulation
- To monitor the incoming and outgoing truck tanker while going through the weighbridge activity
- To monitor the unloading activity and sample taking at the thank farm area
- To monitor the duties of security gurds in patrolling
- To prepare the investigation report if any abnormal thinghs happen or incident of crime
- To cordinate with concerned in handling the investigation regarding with abnormal things happened
- Fully authorized to keep the truck away from entrance gate if it is found abnormal unless getting approval from top management
- Fully authorized to catch the employees if he/she found carrying out the crime (guilty)
- To improve the discipline for all security guards and training skill security every month
- Perform any tasks assigned by general manager
- Work Location : Dumai, Riau
