Lowongan Hotel Novotel Pekanbaru Januari 2017 - Novotel Pekanbaru is strategically located on Jl. Riau a most famous business district in the city and next to Ciputra Seraya Shopping Mall and Riau XXI Theatre. Currently looking for motivated individual to join and fill the following position :
1. GUEST SERVICE AGENT
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Opera or similar property management system
- Immaculate presentation & articulate in communication
- Effective numeracy, verbal and written communication skills in English and minimum one other language is preferred
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport and conduct conversations with guests as per their wishes
2. TALENT & CULTURE COORDINATOR/OFFICER
Requirements :
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles
- Hotel operational experience is desirable
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment law requirements.
3. COST CONTROL
Requirements :
- Diploma in Accounting Management
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in Accounting Department
- Have capability in analyzing & controlling cost
- Effective numeracy, verbal and written communication skills in English and minimum one other language is preferred
- Must know how to use Ms. Excel, Word and Costing Program, a new service attitude centered on proximity, sociability and sharing experience
4. CHIEF STEWARD
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Chemical and operate Dishwashing Machine
- Effective numeracy in creating report of loss/ breakage either asset
- Ability to build solid team and conduct training of SOP
5. SOUS CHEF & CDP CHINESE FOOD
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in similar roles
- Have capability in analyzing & controlling cost
- Used to create & develop menu specially Chinese Food
- Have attractive skill for kitchen show
