Job Description :
Conduct selection and placement activities prior to timely fulfill human capital / talents requests from Business Units.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any field, background in Psychology will be an advantage.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the Recruitment field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- English fluency is a must, able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Willing to be based in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau (1.5 hours from Pekanbaru)
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
