IT Service Desk Agent (Pekanbaru Area)
Job Descriptions:
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner,
- Discussing problems with users,
- Being 1st Level Support for resolving problems reported by users,
- Ensuring support activities are monitored/ logged, tracked and resolved appropriately and in a timely manner,
- Escalating calls to the appropriate technical/ professional team if problem cannot be resolved and need their helps.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information - Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
