Requrements :
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same positions for Managerial and min. 2 years for other positions
- Experience in Hotel business or related industry is a must
- Strong communications in English and Bahasa both verbal and writing
- Having good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Adaptabillity : coping with the diversity of the customers and their needs
- Spirit of initiatives
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast paced environment
