A. HR & GA Superintendent
B. Mechanical Engineer – Screw Press
Based in Selatpanjang, Meranti Islands District, Riau Province, Indonesia
Responsibilities – A.
- Ensure manpowerneeds of each Department is fulfilled in accordance with qualification requirement and time frame.
- Ensure industrial relationship process with employees on site and goverment authorities are done in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- Make periodically report of employee payroll data, recruitment process and employee development progress.
- Ensure, arrangeand coordinate employee training activities are met with company target.
- Perform GA activities and coordinate with Management to ensure suitable required service.
- Maintain fulfillment of employee needs on dormitory, housekeeping services onsite.
Responsibilities – B.
- Develop, implement cost-effective screw press equipment with contractors, suppliers to help improve reliability, safety and output and include producing details of specifications.
- Ensure the equipment can be made and met with reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
- Discuss and solve problems with related departments, contractors and suppliers.
- Recommend modifications following test results.
- Conduct periodical training and guiding to production persons and technicians.
Requirement
- (A) Male/female, (B) Male. Age max. 35 years old.
- (A) 5-7 years (1-2 years in Supervisory) experience in HRand payroll software system.
- (B) 3-5 years (1-2 years in screw press machineries).
- (A) Bachelor/Diploma in Psychology or law. (B) Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
- (A & B) Fluent in English, ready to work in a team and willing to be relocated on site
