- Male, maximum 32 years old.
- Bachelor degree majoring Psychology/Law with min. GPA 2.80 from reputable university
- Have experience in the Human Development Resources min. 2 years.
- Excellent knowledge in Industrial Relation , HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Jamsostek and Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill,
- Strong computer skills with significant experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Fast and eager learner with excellent attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, independent, success driven, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Will be placed in Pekanbaru- Riau.
Staff HRD Pekanbaru
- Male, maximum 28 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) Psychology, with IPK 2.8
- At least 1 years experienced in the field of recruitment and selection.
- Master to handle psychological test instrument.
- High attention to detail, precise, conscientious, high initiative and like to work accurately.
- Able to operate MS Office & internet.
- Have good work motivation & commitment.
- Able driving car or motorcycle & have driving licences .
- Can do traveling within 2 weeks – 1 month
- Will be placed in Pekanbaru - Riau.
